Maintenance Supervisor

About This Position

Passiglia’s Nursery is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all landscaping maintenance work is completed promptly and professionally, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain a Commercial Applicators License and perform chemical applications in accordance with State Law.
• Forecast and plan maintenance jobs, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Create, monitor, and approve landscape crew timesheets daily.
• Correct and monitor materials input on timesheets.
• Use Quick Books to manage sales orders, change orders, and job actuals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the landscaping industry.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Applicators License.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Quick Books and other software programs.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
