Fern, Holly Dyce's (Polystichum)

Hybrid of P. proliferum and P. braunii. Plants will take on a broad vase-like habit. Can be propagated easily by the small bulbils that form at the ends of the fronds. Semi-evergreen, and may die back to the ground in hard winters. Grows well in most cool, fertile, moist, humus-rich, shaded soils.
